Wasting council budget

Would appear a contractor as decided he's filled all the potholes in on the Christmas common rd with tarmac which they haven't and decided to put a bit in a farmers driveway to a field ain't that nice of him but would be more Ideal if he used it for for the potholes they have missed or couldn't be bothered these contractors are taking the piss out of the council budget and the council it's self so hope your pleased with that because I'm sure the council tax paper ain't I will be forwarding this to local MP extra just not good enough
