Recent utility work has been done at the corner of Bell Ln, Bicester OX26 6JQ. Prior to the work, block paving was in place and now replace by uneven and unsightly tar. Can you confirm if this is a temporary cover and the block paving will be replaced.
I pay a high council tax and with this area frequented by overseas tourists, we want our town looking good.
