Gravel making road dangerous for cyclists

In several places along Caius Heath Lane, Burntwood and Granny Bards Lane, (Horsted and Stanninghall) the banks/verges have been brought down by heavy vehicle serving the piggeries. The sand and gravel is becoming quite a hazard for cyclist especially when there are vehicles coming from the opposite direction. Would you please that this is cleared.
