Lane markings worn away

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 12:58, Sun 13 April 2025

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7428012.

Castle Street southbound has 2 lanes, with the left lane for turning left onto the motorway and the right lane for going straight on to the junction with Alexandra Parade. However, the lane dividers and direction markers have worn away in recent months, so now cars in the left lane often drive straight on, or cross over into the right lane before turning left onto the motorway, leading to potential accidents. Restoring the road markings would help avoid this.
