Road markings no longer visible

Drivers in the left lane can turn right at this junction, to then turn left into Castle Street. However, the arrows marking this on the road have worn away and are barely readable which is causing issues with people who aren't familiar with the road. I've witnessed a couple of near-misses where a driver has turned right from the right lane then cut across to get on to Castle Street, unaware that there is traffic in the left lane that has also turned right.
