Mess in the entrance to my driveway.

Someone allowed there dog to leave a huge mess on the entrance to my driveway, at 27 Clarence Road, Portland, late Friday night 8.1.16/ early Saturday morning 9.1.16. Because of the rain and people having walked in it already, I have had no opportunity tomyself to clear the mess and now it is difficult for me to do s I do not have the proper equipment. I am 65 years old.
