Broken Alley gate down alley on Kenyon rd

This gate at back of kenyon road has been broken for over a year - there is no lock to shut the gate properly, meaning that people are more likely to wander down the alley where theres resident housing and its a safety risk (increased chances of anti social behaviour here). Please can the lock be replaced, thanks
