Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7421813.

This is a private landlord property and has been abandoned for quite some time - there have been large amounts of rubbish fly-tipped here and there is currently a bin with dog muck and water and it smells really bad and has been there for quite a few weeks and with the warmer weather the smell can get worse.
