Cars on roundabout, hard to get around

I am writing to raise a concern about vehicles regularly parking on the roundabout located at New Scales Houses. The roundabout in question is already quite tight for maneuvering, and parked cars are making it increasingly difficult—and in some cases dangerous—for drivers to get around safely.

This situation poses a risk not only to motorists but also to pedestrians, and I believe it warrants urgent attention. I would appreciate it if the council could look into possible solutions, whether through clearer signage, increased enforcement, or physical measures to prevent parking in this area.
