Path has been blocked 6 months

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7417639.

It's been looked at previously and they put up orange tape blocking path to wheelchairs and buggies. The broken,dipping, paving slabs and the water meter cover have not been fixed.i assume 2 departments are arguing about who fixes it or it's just been forgotten about. Tape has been up over 6 months.
