Hi can we arrange for an engineer to unblock the soak away(drain) opposite West Barn. The property has rights over the soak away and it has currently been blocked and built over. Many thanks

  • Ongoing issues with the soak away. Customer can see work has been done, but this is further up the road. The main issue of concern is opposite West Barn. Concerns are the house could be flooded if not resolved asap

  • We have begun work on site but work had to be suspended. We will attend site again as soon as possible. We are unable to give you a timescale for this work but we will update you when action has been taken.
