Grass pavement verg,should be tarmacked or other to avoid the mess created parking,as is, on grass

Sent to Birmingham City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 741026.

Parking on grass verg has created quagmire, which encourages abuse of area. Further along the road the pavement has been tarmaced which allows car to be parked sensibly…why hasn't this section been done?
