Three recycling bins at Edmonton Green bus station,N9, and opposite Lidl supermarket are full and have been since about last Autumn 2024.
Rats seen scurrying by the bins.

How do you know that Enfield council is not responsible for the above recycling bins, and if not Enfield council then who is?
