You recently completed some patching work on Park Lane, including round the manhole cover. From the very first car that went over the cover it has made a click clack sound, which has become louder the more cars that have gone over it. We had the same problem a number of years ago which again occurred immediately after resurfacing work. It took 3 attempts for you to re-do the tarmac around the cover but fix it you did. And since the then cover had been silent until the recent resurfacing. Please fix it again as the noise is very invasive especially at night when trying to sleep.
