For several months the Footpath/Redway significantly reduced in width by overgrown brambles Parallel to Foxcovert road, (opposite Nifty Lift site). Photos clearly show almost 2.5 to 3 foot of width lost! Impacts pedestrians, cyclists , families with push chairs and disabled mobility scooter users.
Whilst very sensible to prevent travellers residing on verge, with raised height verges (& that strategy should be maintained); the Brambles are rampant & taking over the footpath & redway so do require cutting back to the actual edge of the footpath .

The encroaching Bramble, has worsened & is taking over the redway -with thorny bramble branches catching on pedestrian and cyclist clothing -requires a hefty trim back to the concrete edge line
