Cars parking on road stopping traffic

When you come up to Llwydcoed there’s cars always parked on the left, with how much traffic comes down Llwydcoed you can never get passed, after 4pm until about 6pm it’s a nightmare especially as everyone’s coming home from work it’s start stop coming down the hill and everyone’s hardly moving making it impossible to get up to Llwydcoed with the cars parked in the way, double yellow lines needed ASAP.
