Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7402197.

David Wilson homes are not sweeping roads as per their consents order, rock in roads, loads of stones, motorcyclist hit by thrown up stones. Reported this issue loads of times. Now OCC need to issue enforcement notice. OCC are legally liable for failure to enforce, so now liable for damage and accidents.

  • Thank you for reporting this. Our Site Inspector will visit the site and speak to the developer/contractor and remind them of their responsibility to keep the roads clean and clear of mud and debris. Enforcement can be done by planning at the District Council, as there will be a condition in their planning permission to keep the roads clean and safe.
