Communal grass areas cut twice within 1 week ??

Sent to Broadland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7398300.

The communal grass areas in Honingham were cut by a contractor late last week. Now this Monday morning less than a week later, a different contractor has also cut the same grass AGAIN?!?! Is this the reason why council tax is going up so much? Due to inept organising?
