Spring Bank west traffic lights right turn stuck on red

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7396290.

The traffic lights on spring bank west to right turn onto Albert avenue only are stuck on red. I don't know if there is a diffeent sequence on a Sunday but this is not the first time I have noticed this but only on a Sunday evening. Seem to work fine through the week.
