Lights at this island go on and off at night, creating hazardous driving conditions as eyes adjust to the changing light levels. Lorry braked sharply this AM in response.

Updates

I was just logging in to report the same problem, are these lights supposed to be motion sensing? They seem to be on until a vehicle arrives then they go off, then back on again, then off again. Very distracting!
