This morning 2 people dumped 2 bags between my & my neighbours houses. Contains cardboard, packaging and a number of 'helium' canisters

Updates

No-one got back to us about the disposal of these gas cannisters My neighbour sorted/recycled the rest of the stuff.

NCC emailed that they would contact me, but never 'followed up'.
