Rubbish still there after over 1 month!

This rubbish problem outside the main entrance to the block of flats which contains flat 121 Bryn Celyn, Pentwyn, Cardiff, CF23 7EG wAs reported 27.02.25 On the 28.02.25 I received an email from Bethan with a ref of Jen1269097930 stating that the problem would be passed on to the caretaker & team. Last week, as the rubbish was still there, I rang the council office to report this. First person I spoke to - as did the second person - informed me that the ref nos I had been given by email was a total waste of time as it was house at all. I felt she did not want to deal with call & passed me on to a second person. This second person at least showed concern & said she would get back to me. As of today's date this has no happened So to summerise, Why is the rubbish still there? Why has the caretaker & team not removed the rubbish as they clean the flats to a high standard fortnightly? Why send me a ref nos which is of no use or relevance to issue reprted?
