Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7386971.

Despite informing a local councillor a few weeks ago of the ongoing rubbish dumping at ground level (and that which has never been tackled on the rooves, only added to, metal objects, poles etc) the Newcastle Road garages continue to be depressingly declining so it seems no-one in power / authority is that interested in proactively keeping this area tidy, moreover finding the culprits. The council have a sign up saying they'll fine, but are they monitoring / enforcing it?
