Street bump at number 13 Bretch Hill OX160LF

My house at number 11 vibrates when buses or trucks drive over the street bump. it is causing cracks. this speed bump serves no purpose as cars speed past it. when heavy vehicles drive off them it sends shock waves. it only happens - I suppose when hit at a certain angle - but still it happens multiple times a day. my house should not shake like that and I am concerned it will cause lasting damage.
