Food being thrown out onto the pavements

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7376461.

The householders at No 1 Oxendale Close have been seen throwing out food I.e. bread, rice etc onto the pavements in the Close it is causing pigeons to gather and then depositing their poo over the neighbours front and back gardens, waste bins, cars etc can you please assist ?
