Sign left on pavement by Hampshire Highways

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/Cycleway category anonymously at 17:47, Tuesday 1 April 2025

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7372440.

This sign (and two others), we're left by Hampshire Highways on th4 pavement after they completed filling in the road that collapsed in Park Road. This was AUGUST last year. One of the signes fellnintobthe road and was run over (written off). This one is a danger to pedestrians. I have reported it to council employees on two other occasions now. If I left rubbish in the street like this, I would be fined for fly tipping. Please come and remove it before somebody gets hurt.

  • Still nothing has happened about this sign. Not only is it a terrible waste of tax payers money, but it presents a hazard to members of the public. My dad has nearly tripped over this several times. I think that I will 'deliver' it back to the council.
