Presumably developers need GCC permission to erect such signs, and in 'sensitive' locations like Clyde Tunnel entrance? And presumably those same developers are duty bound to remove same after a stated period of time? Which does not explain the now well weathered Victoria Square sign (on Dumbarton Rd nearby) that, by the looks of things was erected in... 2008. 17 years. Someone is not doing their job.
