Graffiti under underpass

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7366194.

Loads of horrible graffiti under the underpasses near the Magistrates Court, some has been there for over a year. I noticed other people have reported this but for some reason it's not been cleaned up, why is this? Hopefully the graffiti gets cleaned up as soon as possible because anyone visiting the city would think Peterborough's a total s***hole if they parked their car near the Crown Court and walked under the underpasses and saw all that mess.
