Traffic lights pickford street and sunderland street

I own the shop at No. 45 Sunderland street and witness accidents at the traffic lights most weeks. The lights change far to quickly, there are only seconds from 1 set turning to red and the other set going green. If someone goes through as they are changing the oncoming traffic is already on green and moving
