Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7363557.
Witnessed an ambulance squeeze through cars / vans parked either side of road. Fire tender would find it impossible to access Crofton Heath estate except via Ormonde Ave. Risk assess major incident plane crash whilst on flight path to Biggin Hill onto Ormonde Ave. Fire brigade would need access to Drayton Ave side of burning properties. Simple answer LBB paint double yellow lines down one side of short section of Poplar Ave with NO Parking at Any Time. This would allow space for emergency vehicles to access Poplar, Fairbank Ave, Rose Dale & Jasmine Close.

Best solution is to extend existing double yellow lines from Crofton Road into Poplar Avenue and continue into Fairbank Avenue. This would also improve visibility of cars exiting Fairbank as the view is generally obstructed by box van that is parked close to junction.
