Communal bin has no lid
Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7360247.
The communal bin at this location has for sometime had no lid, thus the street is subject to horrendous smells of rubbish and rubbish falling out covering the street. The lack of lid also allows animals and access the rubbish adding to the health implications and mess.
