Road sign covered by foliage

There is a road sign indicating no footpath/pedestrians in road on the nearside when heading towards Solent View Road. This sign is covered by foliage and brambles. More traffic is using this road at the moment due to it being the official diversion route for a major ongoing road closure. Could the sign be cleared please.
