Abandoned wood & building material - presumably when they were cleaning out the ditch, which still hasn’t been done properly, loads of material has just been abandoned, and the wood that was cut back and pulled out of the ditch has just been put along the side of the river, however need removing otherwise if it falls back in, the flood of the path is going to occur again
