Blocking view turning in and out of the road

Large vehicles parked on corner of the crossroads so people reversing off their drives aren’t seen before it’s too late. Vehicles turning in and out of roads can’t see what’s coming. It’s been going on for a long time but a taxi nearly hit me a few days ago.
