TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I want to bring to your attention that this road has not been cleaned or maintained to the best of the council's ability, and this is very disheartening. As a long-term resident of this road, I have been here for the past five years, and the rubbish needs to be cleared. It may be helpful to speak to the local takeaway and notify them of their obligations regarding the cleanliness of the road.
