Rubbish dumped on Windsor Road.

An old maiden and a few bags of rubbish have been dumped at the entrance to the alleyway behind KFC on Windsor Road. Vermin seemed to have opened at least one of the bags and the rubbish is now spread out in the rest of the alleyway and onto the street itself.
