Bin left out overnight again by the lord nelson hotel. this is now a regular occurance as people rummage through the bins during the night. waste and rubbish is strewn across the road and pavements

The Lord Nelson hotel keep leaving their bins out overnight in Bridport Street. People go through the bins and rubbish and waste is left all over the pavements and street. This is now a regular occurrence
