The kerb is overgrown with vegetation. It is not possible to differentiate between road and pavement and with a speed limit of 60 mph this is dangerous. A vehicle driver cannot see where the kerb is and the carriageway is narrow so vehicles can easily go on pavement.

Thank you for your enquiry. Following a review on cost and effectiveness of weed spraying, we are not routinely spraying weeds on the highway. Instead, we review requests for treatment of weeds in channels, at the top of kerbs, in footways / alleyways (bordering a wall or fence), footpaths and link paths. As your request does not meet the criteria, no further action will be taken at this time.
We will continue to ensure the location is safe through our routine safety inspections which are conducted in line with our Code of Practice. More information is available on the following link:
