  MSP has gone back to GCC who've put a heavy cone on it.

  Manhole cover is an Elkington: patent 318012.

• MSP has received a response from GCC:

  Please note that responsibility for repairing the utility cover lies with the asset owner. The issue has been formally reported to the relevant statutory undertaker, and we will monitor the report to ensure it is accepted and progressed for repair. We will continue to monitor the location as part of our routine inspection regime to ensure it remains safe in the interim and that the necessary repair is complete.
