Unsafe as affects cars position on road at this busy junction.

I can't believe this was not rectified during the recent resurfacing of the road leading to the junction. The road is a serious health hazard for two wheels both motorcycles and push bikes. It is impossible to maintain stability whilst turning into right into caversham park road. Please fix this before someone gets hurt
