15" pothole and tyre has burst

I was driving along Tadmarton Heath Road and the potholes are terrible, they have got worse, there's so many and it is becoming a danger to pedestrians and vehicles, the road is caving in and something needs to be actioned now. I hit one large pothole and my nearside tyre has burst, not a happy person.
