Blind corner on Peover Lane

Mud from a neighbouring field has built up around the bend and has narrowed the road. The corner is already a narrow, dangerous blind corner that people drive around as if it is one way. Now the road is not wide enough for two cars to pass in opposite directions unless someone mounts the muddy mound. Some drivers are not willing to do that and therefore it is an accident waiting to happen (a car did crash on this bend in the last week or so, and police attended, but I don’t know the details of that accident).
