Cycle rack loose

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7332108.

Not safe to lock to at least one of the cycle racks here.

Updates

Temporary racks have been installed at the broken rack locations. However the design is not great to lock a bicycle to. The other curved cycle racks outside the oracle are best closely followed by the Pye sign shape being the most secure. The broken racks have not been replaced.
