Cars parked across whole pedestrian pathway

Sent to North Kesteven District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 733110.

As you drive into the estate from the Mill lane roundabout there is a huge house that faces you.. in the centre of Londinium way/ Claudius rd..where the road forks. I THINK this is 2 LONDINIUM way.. but no house no and its smack bang in the middle of the fork. They park a Huge 4x4 truck outside their house on the public footpath?? Then .. recently (2 weeks ago) a new family moved into the house to the right of it , which is 17 Claudius Rd.. They obviously think its Ok to park here too now, but they don`t even park to the side.. The car is just left in the middle of the walkway. How do folks sleep at night? We find this rude and unacceptable.
