Street light at the stairway at 35 Lochdochart Road has been off for 19 months. Has been reported 5 times during that time, but no repairs have been done. I assume the council will accept full liability if someone falls on the stairway, as they will be liable for their negligence. Previous report FixMyStreet ref: 7003080
