Large quantity of litter in the ditch alongside Blackwall Way

There is a large quantity of litter in the ditch alongside Blackwall Way (the ditch is on the northern side of the road, between the pedestrian footpath and the Aspen Way). The ditch contains bushes and other vegetation - there is no litter in the road or on the footpath itself. (Please see the attached map for the affected area).

I would grateful if this litter could be picked as it is quite unsightly. Please can you consider locating a rubbish bin at this location.
