Abandoned orange barriers

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7326589.

These were placed on the nearby traffic light island when the white and yellow bollard was smashed a couple of months ago. The bollard is still missing but the barriers have been moved several times. I found them obstructing Armstrong Road, so I've stashed them behind the lamp stand at the corner of Armstrong Road.
