Temporary traffic lights causing delays

The Thames Water roadworks job #MU09281310095SK13 are causing massive tailbacks in morning rush hour travelling southbound. The queue is 0.7 miles long back as far as the junction with A4095. The lights are not allowing for volume of traffic as cars waiting to travel north were counted at 3 in number. There needs to be adjustment to stop the massive backlog giving a positive bias to those travelling south in the mornings
