Needs a new bin, abbey fields,

The bin needs replacing on abbey fields, the corner of ferry lane, abbey gardens, colonels lane.
Most bins have replaced, which is good, but this one has been missed.
Every morning the foxes have been at it or it’s been over filled.
A new bin with a cover like the others would fix this.
