Many deep potholes

There are a lot of very deep, dangerous potholes along Hartley Lane, Rotherwick Lane and Frog Lane between Hartley Wespall and Rotherwick. This problem has been reported previously and a few of the holes have been filled, but many still remain . This road is very narrow in places and there are passing places but it is not possible to safely use some of these passing places due to the very deep holes. A driver very aggressively honked his horn at me last week when I refused to drive my car into a deep hole (the one marked in the map). When it has been raining and the holes have filled with water it is even more dangerous because drivers cannot see the depth of the holes. I have seen at least one car with a burst tyre due to misjudging the potholes along this road.
